COVID-19 & Social Distancing Protocols

For the safety of you and all of our members and guest, we have implenting the following new safety protocols

New Safety Protocols For All Members & Guest - Effective Immediately

In accordance with state and federal mandates, all members and guest are bound to the following new safety protocols when utilizing any and all Finetix, Fitness360 and their affiliates services both online and at any of our physical locations:

1. All members and guest utilizing the gym for "OPEN GYM" (classified as utilizing the equipment, space or services in the gym for non-class or specialty services) are required to sign in prior to coming to the facility.
1a. All members and guest utilizing the gym for "OPEN GYM" must follow all safety protocols - or their membership can be terminated and/or they will be asked to leave the premises and/or they will be warned of their infraction and/or any other action deemed fit by leadership and/or state and/or federal law to ensure the safety of the other members and guest.

2. All members and guest coming to "CLASSES" (classified as utilizing small group based, virtual and instructor led services) are required to sign in prior to coming to the facility.
2a. All members and guest utilizing the gym for "OPEN GYM" must follow all safety protocols - or their membership can be terminated and/or they will be asked to leave the premises and/or they will be warned of their infraction and/or any other action deemed fit by leadership and/or state and/or federal law to ensure the safety of the other members and guest.

3. All members and guest utilizing the gym for "SPECIALTY SERVICES" (classified as utilizing a service where the individual(s) is being directly or indirectly instructed by an employed, contracted or affilate of Finetix; i.e. a health care professional(s)) are required to be scheduled by thus health care professional prior to coming to the facility.
3a. All members and guest utilizing the gym for "SPECIALTY SERVICES" must follow all safety protocols - or their membership can be terminated and/or they will be asked to leave the premises and/or they will be warned of their infraction and/or any other action deemed fit by leadership and/or state and/or federal law to ensure the safety of the other members and guest.

4. All members and guest, of any kind for any reason, must

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
1. All members and guest are bound by CDC Social Distancing and CDC COVID-19 guidelines at all times; while within the facility.
2. All members and guest are to put away and clean any and all equipment touched and/or that has come in contact with any body fluids in any way, shape or form during their time within the facility prior to leaving the facility with the cleaning solution provided throughout the facility.
3. All members and guest MUST wash and sanitize their hands after utilizing the restrooms for any reason (not limited to: blowing your nose, going to the bathroom, taking a shower) with the sanitizing hand soap provided in all restroom areas.
4. If you and or a guest feel any of the following symptoms, you and or your guest are not allowed to enter the facility until those symptoms have passed for at least 14 days:
- fever.
- tiredness.
- dry cough.
- aches and pains.
- nasal congestion.
- runny nose.
- sore throat.
- diarrhoea.

On average it takes 5–6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days. People with mild symptoms who are otherwise healthy should self-isolate. Seek medical attention if you have a fever, acough, and difficulty breathing. Call ahead.
